Thanks to Dr. Jang Jeong-hee, I finally got pregnant. I went in for an ultrasound today. Since she prescribes medications and injections tailored to my situation, I feel like implantation and pregnancy have become more stable as I’ve gone through more fertility treatment cycles. The nurses are kind too ^^
Dr. Jeong-hee Jang, who performed my fertility treatment, was kind and I really liked her.
In my early 30s, I had really severe menstrual cramps, so I went to the gynecologist and found out the cause was adenomyosis. My doctor suggested a hysterectomy, but since I hadn't married or had children yet, I thought I could hold on a bit longer. I went on to marry and have children, but the pain and bleeding got so unbearable that I couldn't take it anymore. I went for my national health check and ended up getting an ultrasound, which revealed that the adenomyosis had grown so large that it could compress organs and lead to anemia in the future. After a lot of consideration, I finally decided to have a laparoscopic hysterectomy. My doctor, who wasn't very warm but provided precise explanations and appeared confident, ended up being the one to perform the surgery. I'm currently recovering well! The surgery was done through a small incision at my belly button, so there's absolutely no scarring. I had some pain for about three days, but it’s spotless with no bleeding, which makes me feel like it turned out well. For anyone in a similar situation who isn't planning on having more children, I recommend consulting with a doctor!
The doctor was very kind, which made me feel comfortable during the appointment. The nurse was also nice, and the facilities are clean, so that's great.
