I’ve been coming here for 20 years, ever since I was pregnant with my first child. It was originally an OB-GYN clinic, but they’ve now changed the name to a women’s clinic, and you can’t give birth here anymore. Since the doctor is an OB-GYN specialist, the OB-GYN care is excellent, and they also test for various conditions through blood work. When the results come back, they explain everything in great detail. My vitamin D levels were low, so I’ve been getting injections here, too. My whole family gets blood tests here and is taking care of their health with this clinic. I also get my national health screenings here whenever they’re due. The exterior isn’t flashy and polished like hospitals these days, but I actually trust it even more because the doctor has been practicing in the same place for such a long time. The nurse at the front desk has also been here since the OB-GYN clinic first opened, so she’s a real veteran and is always kind.

I went to get a prescription for Libial because I've been experiencing severe menopause, but the doctor got angry that I wanted to take that and insisted I should only use their expensive menopause medication, which costs 50,000 won. They yelled at me to only take the pricey medication and not to come to our hospital for Libial. What is this? Can a doctor act this way? I almost reported them but held back. I won't go back to that hospital again. I've always gone for cancer screenings there, but when I needed this menopause medication, they made a big deal about me not wanting to take their expensive hospital medication. It really made me upset. They couldn't even comfort someone struggling with menopause.
