When I went to Jeil Eye Clinic because of a burst blood vessel in my eye, they explained that this can happen if the eyes are dry. They advised me to use artificial tears frequently and absolutely not to rub my eyes. If I rub my eyes, it could weaken the blood vessels even more, and if they become t
