I went to the ENT because my ears were blocked. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was nice as well. They said the earwax was old and causing the blockage, and they cleaned my ears thoroughly. It was interesting to see the ear cleaning through the endoscope.

I went to the clinic thinking I needed to get my ears cleaned, and the doctor was so kind in his treatment, thoroughly cleaning my ears. It was fascinating to see the inside of my ears on the monitor. Watching the process of earwax removal was both interesting and reassuring.
