I had been seeing the sign while waiting at traffic lights for almost three years whenever I dropped my son off, and this was my first time visiting. I was almost the first patient, but the consultation manager arrived in a rush later than the doctor, so I was a little disappointed by how unprepared she seemed and by her bare-faced appearance. I could also hear the nursing assistants talking about personal matters among themselves, which initially made the clinic seem somewhat unprofessional. However, I was very satisfied with the procedure. The doctor took the time to give me a thorough consultation and performed the treatment with great care. I’ve had Botox at several other clinics, but this was the first time I didn’t have any bruising at all. The doctor kept checking on how I was doing throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which put me at ease, and I’m also satisfied with how natural the results look. If the staff’s first impression and the overall atmosphere were a little more polished, I think this would become an even more trusted clinic. I would visit again.
