Seoul St. Mary's Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

This hospital is located in the Sangwangsimni Centras shopping center. There were a lot of people waiting, so I had to wait quite a while. The facilities are comfortable, and the treatment wasn’t bad either.

Maybe it was because I went during the peak of COVID, but the nurses and doctors were just working mechanically. I wonder if they've found a bit more time to relax now.

I visited the ENT clinic to get my ears cleaned. The doctor kindly explained the ear cleaning process and did a great job. The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly too.

I visited the hospital because I had a bad cold and a lot of mucus, but the doctor was very good and kind, so I was happy with the experience.

The doctor and all the nurses were kind and very thorough in their treatment. Especially the head doctor, whose detailed and calm explanations really gave me confidence. Thanks to that, I'm receiving the right care for my symptoms and I’m recovering from my cold easily.
