Under-eye fat removal. Eyelid lift surgery. Although it’s Dr. An Hobum, the voice of the surgeon seemed younger, so I think it was done by another doctor. The pain was really intense. The recovery time was about 6 months. I’m satisfied with the results of the surgery, but there was one very unfriendly nurse. There was even a nurse with 'unfriendly' written on her face. She wasn't the one during the surgery but was the nurse who applied the ointment during my second visit on the upper floor. She was really uncomfortable to deal with, and I could tell she was in a bad mood that day because she was acting really angry, so I couldn’t even ask her anything. In fact, she didn't give me the ointment and when I went back to ask, another nurse told me that it should have been given but she didn’t provide it.

I visited for the first time today and had consultations with the primary doctor and the second counselor. The prices were reasonable, and the consultations were very friendly, so I was quite satisfied in many ways. I'm thinking of carefully considering it and possibly getting the procedure done at this hospital. I especially appreciated that there were no separate consultation fees or deposits to worry about.

The doctor's consultation was fine. However, my mom didn't get to ask all her questions, so when the next patient was supposed to come in, the doctor nearly knocked and came in right away and said it wasn't allowed. I understand there are rules in the hospital, but we had just consulted 3 minutes earlier, and it felt like we were treated like thieves. Anyway, my mom asked her questions and we left feeling sorry. But as soon as we stepped out, there were 6 or 7 people, including a nurse at the front desk, whispering. I didn't see it, but my mom saw their expressions and lip movements and said it was as if they thought we were crazy. Then one person came over and asked why we went in, and when my mom said she asked a question, he said we should have informed them, as if we had walked into a bank vault? We went in right after our consultation, and sure, there must be some order and rules, but is it really right to treat people this way? After that, the general manager explained about the surgery, and that person was also at the front desk. Honestly, it felt like they were saying 'do it if you want, or don't.' If I was the only one who felt this way, I would be thankful, but my mom felt it too. Was knocking and asking for permission to enter after not being able to ask questions such a big crime?
