7 foods you must eat after your 40s!!

Maybe it's because I'm in my 40s, but it sounds appealing~~ haha

I should make sure to eat well~~^^

 

1️⃣ Chicken

Chicken is rich in protein, making it good for weight management and muscle building.

Especially, chicken breast has low fat and high protein, which also helps reduce muscle loss.

 

2️⃣ Tomato

Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, which prevents the formation and spread of cancer cells and suppresses arrhythmia.
