In particular, the habit of squinting is a major cause of forehead wrinkles. In fact, people who experience a lot of stress or are hot-tempered tend to have deep forehead wrinkles because they forcefully open their eyes wide. In cases of ptosis, corrective surgery can eliminate the need to forcibly open the eyes. Ptosis is a condition where the muscles that lift and lower the upper eyelid are weak, causing the upper eyelid to droop. If you habitually squint, you should consciously make an effort to improve this habit.

Neck wrinkles are wrinkles that are greatly affected by lifestyle habits. The main cause is sleeping with a high pillow. When the pillow is high, the neck is excessively bent forward, creating deep horizontal wrinkles. To prevent neck wrinkles, it is necessary to switch to a pillow of appropriate height. The suitable pillow height varies depending on sleep posture: 6-8 cm when sleeping on your back, and about 2 cm higher than shoulder height when sleeping on your side. It is also good to develop the habit of applying moisturizer to the neck after washing your face or applying sunscreen before going out. Rubbing the neck with a towel is not recommended as it causes significant irritation to the sensitive skin of the neck.

    저 눈꺼플 처지면서 그렇찮아도 이마에 내천자가 있었는데 자꾸 눈 치켜뜨는 버릇 생겨서 이마 주름 엄청 깊어졌어요;;; 눈 수술했는데도 습관을 고치는게 은근 어렵네요;;;
