My personal diet tip is walking 10,000 steps every day.

It is better to do strength training in conjunction.

    여자들은 죽을때까지 다이어트를 한다고
    하네요
    자기 관리를 잘하면 멎지더라구요
    다이어트를 많이 했어요
    한약 다이어트도 몇번  했고요
    약먹을땐 효과가 좋은데 요요 현상이
    와서 안좋았어요
    지금 혈당수치 낮춘다고 식이요법을 하고
    있는데 체중도 내려가고 있어요
    꾸준히 걷고 간헐적ㅈ단식 하세요

    꾸준히 많이 걸으시네요.. 역시 걷기만큼 좋은 운동이 없네요.. 
    근데 저는 근력운동이 필요한데 ㅋ 헬스장가서 맨날 런닝머신만 걷다가 옴 ㅋ
