It seems that home workouts have become the trend lately.
You don't necessarily have to go anywhere; if you search for the exercise you want on YouTube, you can find good information and follow along, right?
I also do yoga at home three times a week in that way.
(Of course, I couldn't fill all three...ㅠㅠ)
It takes about 40 minutes, and definitely, that sluggish feeling disappears, and it also helps with dieting.
I used to do it directly on the floor, but now I lay a slightly thicker mat, and it's definitely much better to do it this way.
