When things get complicated or my mind is unsettled, I get a pounding headache. I sometimes take medication if the migraine becomes unbearable, but I think headaches are related to mental health.
The way to solve headaches is to go to a forest where nature breathes. While hiking, sweating, enjoying the scenery at the summit, and then descending to do forest bathing, the headache gradually disappears and you feel refreshed. Ultimately, it seems we need to rest in nature.
