Stretch when you have a headache~

 

I usually watch YouTube and do stretching exercises frequently.

I think the most common things to do when I have shoulder pain or a headache.

Sometimes I have headaches because of my shoulders.

Certainly, after following it properly, the headache does go away.

I plan to continue doing it steadily from now on.
