My personal blood sugar management method

My mother-in-law has been suffering from diabetes for a long time, so she manages her diet and goes to weight training every day. As a result, due to genetic reasons, my wife also has high blood sugar levels.

 

I am in good physical condition, so I didn't expect my blood sugar levels to be that high. Of course, I really like sweet foods, especially ice cream, which I can't resist. As a result, my levels even reach borderline.

 

So, the choice is to walk for about 20 to 30 minutes after a meal instead of immediately lying down. Many people find that this helps with digestion.

 

However, I believe I saw significant effects from that. After doing so and measuring my blood sugar levels, they do not rise as much as when I did not do that.

 

Just walking for even 10 minutes after a meal, without sitting down immediately, helps regulate blood sugar well. I encourage you all to try it.
