If I walk a lot, I feel a pulling and heavy sensation in my left calf.
And when I sit down and stand up, I don't get up naturally, and sometimes I feel a stiff sensation in my left calf that doesn't stretch well... Is it due to poor blood circulation?
Is it one of the symptoms of varicose veins?
