다리에 무리가 많이 가셨네요 건강하셔야죠
I have been working in the culinary field, standing every day, for about eight years.
There were far more hours spent working while standing than sitting naturally.
I worked for several years without any trouble, but since the work takes a long time to finish,
As I start eating late-night snacks and drinking more frequently in the late evening,
Weight also starts to increase quickly.
Even though I stand and work every day for the same amount of time, my weight keeps increasing.
I have pain in my lower back, thighs, and legs.
One day, while washing without thinking, I noticed from the lower part of my thigh down to my calf.
I noticed a lot of thin blue veins that look like fine threads.
I wasn't paying much attention and just went about my daily life, but gradually, since when, I don't know.
I started to feel pain in my leg.
Because of the tingling sensation, I have trouble sleeping at night and wake up frequently.
When I went to the hospital, they diagnosed me with varicose veins.
Since then, I have also tried wearing compression stockings and taking medication.
My leg numbness and pain gradually worsened, so I eventually had to resign.
I have improved a lot by continuously receiving treatment and management over the years.
Since I work in an office job that involves sitting, it puts much less strain on my legs.
I am currently trying to rest and exercise consistently.
Thinking about the pain I experienced before makes me feel really dislike and scared.
