라미네이트 하고나면 너무 이쁘고 좋지만 관리 제대로 안하면 안좋아질수 있으니 비추네요ㅠㅠ
Are anterior tooth wear and anterior tooth decay best treated with aesthetic treatment and veneers?
Before asking my question, I think I need to show you the condition of my teeth, so it might be uncomfortable to look at, but I apologize in advance.
In the past, I consistently took care of my teeth, always brushed within 10 minutes after meals, and rinsed my mouth with water before going to bed, so I didn't have tartar buildup and my teeth didn't stain much, which was fine.
As I started to like snacks and kept snacking constantly, I didn't brush my teeth as often, and I realized I should brush thoroughly after meals. Since I didn't do that, I think small cavities have started to form between my teeth.
And you should brush your teeth up and down properly.
Since I want to do it refreshingly, I have been doing the procedure crudely horizontally, so it keeps wearing down, exposing the gums. Sometimes it even reaches the crown, so I have been consistently managing it with resin. However, the resin doesn't last as long as I thought; after a little over a year, it falls off or gets stained. I found that using dental products covered by insurance is not much different from resin. Since each costs about 100,000 won, I need to do this for more than eight teeth that are worn down, which totals around 800,000 won. The cost is burdensome, and although nothing is permanent, I know that laminate veneers are a treatment option that can be maintained for quite a long time. However, my dentist said that since laminate involves grinding down my teeth to place the veneer, if not properly maintained, I might end up needing a full implant later. I want to take overall care of my teeth, but I feel overwhelmed about how to start, so I am asking this question. If you have had experience with treating or managing front teeth cavities and wear due to decay, or if you can share detailed methods and costs, I would appreciate your advice.
