Since we've been together for a long time, quitting smoking isn't easy.
I tried to gradually reduce nicotine using liquid e-cigarettes, but it didn't suit me.
An absurd situation occurs where I end up smoking more because it doesn't seem like real cigarettes.
I visited the health center for another matter and took the opportunity to get a consultation... but I couldn't really find any meaning in it.
People who successfully quit smoking around me often do so by quitting all at once without relying on other methods.
I also want to act with that determination... but I only think about it and can't bring myself to do it.
