Once I sit down, I sit for a long time.

I just needed to sit down for a moment.
I end up sitting there for quite a while.
But when it actually comes time to get up, it's a hassle again lol
I think this is the biggest problem.

The reality is that we should be heavy when we need to be, but we are only heavy when we are light.
