Lately, I often feel depressed. Even when I do something, I don't feel very happy, and many days are spent in a state of lethargy.
I wonder if I can overcome this alone, but for now, I will try to do what I can. I thought about ways to overcome depression.
First, exercise.
Honestly, I've heard many times that exercise is good for depression, but it's not easy to actually do it. Still, I plan to start with something really simple. I will go for a walk for at least 10 minutes a day or do some stretching at home. Since moving the body like this is said to bring about a moment of feeling a little better, I will just try it for now.

Second, healthy eating habits.
Actually, when I'm feeling depressed, I tend to seek out刺激 foods or sweet things, but it is said that these foods can actually make my mood worse. So these days, I am trying to switch to simple healthy snacks like fruits or nuts. It's a small change, but I believe that these small things can collectively influence my mood.
Third, find small pleasures.

Actually, it's not easy to handle everything on my own. So sometimes I open up to friends about my true feelings, and if necessary, I consider seeking help from professionals. The important thing is to let go of the burden of having to solve everything by myself. Feelings of depression are something anyone can experience, and remembering that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, I plan to improve little by little.
