Lately, white threads appear around my fingers too often

I'm worried because it seems to be flare-up severely...

As many of you know, it hurts too much to tear it off, and

I'm too worried to just leave it alone, yet...

It looked messy...

I'm struggling to figure out how to resolve this.

I wonder how others solve this kind of problem.
