I am concerned about my large pores and sebum production.
The photo shows my skin, which is a little red, as I am recovering from a breakout I had during my period a while ago.
First of all, I have oily skin.
As you can see, the pores are rather large.
That's why sebum and blackheads are easily removed.
I try not to touch my face with my hands, but sometimes when my face gets red and swollen from oily sebum, I just squeeze it out myself and apply ointment afterwards. Of course, a red mark will appear, but if I leave it alone, it gets bigger and hurts.
Sometimes it's less painful to just squeeze it and apply ointment. Is this a bad method?
I don't know how to stick to my skincare routine.
During my period, I often get hard, pustular pimples on my chin (so the scars tend to be a bit noticeable).
In winter, if I don't apply toner quickly after washing my face, my skin often feels tight, although it's not that bad.
What kind of skincare routine or home care should I do for this type of skin to control sebum and pores?
