One week after Ultracol 200 2cc treatment for under-eye bags
Lately, I've been hearing that I look tired, so when I looked in the mirror, I noticed that the bags under my eyes had gotten worse.
I've never done anything like this before, but I'm a natural person, so I made up my mind and made an appointment at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam Station.
How was the consultation and treatment?
We went together on the day my husband used his annual leave, and it was easy to find because it was right in front of exit 12 of Gangnam Station.
There was no waiting because it was a reservation system, and the manager and director looked at my face and explained why it was off and how to put in Ultra Call.
Did you wash your face in the powder room and apply anesthetic cream for about 10 minutes?
Then I went into the treatment room and was so nervous that I held the doll tightly.
I got 2cc of Ultracol 200 on both sides, and thanks to the anesthesia, it was just a little bit painful, and the director talked to me, so it was over faster than I thought.
After everything was done, I got laser treatment and Medifoam applied, so I just applied sunscreen and left.
7-day swelling reduction process
As I was riding the subway, the anesthesia slowly wore off and I felt something under my eyes.
-
day: After about four hours, my under-eye area was puffy and swollen. By nightfall, it was so swollen it looked like someone had punched me. I looked in the mirror and laughed a little. There weren't any bruises.
-
Day 1-2: There was quite a bit of swelling, so I wore horn-rimmed glasses to cover it up when I went to work. At home, I used a cooling massager to apply cold compresses for about 10 minutes each for two days.
-
-
Day 3: In the morning, it was still swollen, but in the afternoon, I could see the swelling going down. The skin that had been buried in the swelling was also slowly coming out.
-
-
Days 5-7: From the fifth day onwards, my face became so natural that I didn't need to wear glasses, and I could wear makeup as usual. After a week, the swelling had completely gone down and only the sunken areas felt filled in.
How to manage
As the hospital instructed, I carefully washed my face with a non-irritating cleanser for a week, and applied a lot of moisturizing cream and ampoule.
They say it's best not to wear makeup for at least 3 days, so I just continued to apply sunscreen.
