You know the muscle that connects the sole of the foot and the toes?
I have pain in this part when walking.
Should I say that I feel a pulling sensation in that part when only my toes are on the ground and my heels are lifted, leaving the soles of my feet floating, rather than when I step on the ground?
I feel pain when that happens.
It doesn't seem to be constant, but I haven't particularly overexerted myself or walked for a long time, so why is there pain here?
