빼고 나서 식단하고 운동안하니까 요요가 금방오더라구요. 천천히 빼더라도 운동과 식단이 필수 인것 같아요. 알지만 참 쉽지 않아요.

This is my sister's case.
I did a traditional Korean medicine diet.
I took medication for about 10 months.
I am quite obese and want to lose about 10 kilograms.
It hasn't come off since then.
And even after taking the medication, it doesn't really improve.
I stopped taking the medication, and my eating habits are returning to normal.
I gained weight again.
I haven't gained as much weight as I used to.
Still, I think I regained about 6 kilograms.
In the end, I maintained my weight after losing about 4kg lol
My original goal was to lose 20kg, but I've only achieved about a quarter of that.
