입맛이 뚝 떨어진다니 저절로 식단관리가 되겠어요 ㅎ
I recommend traditional Korean medicine diet~^^
It's really a lifelong homework for dieting~~
I started dieting in March for this summer's vacation!!
They say that appetite decreases in spring, but mine is really good~~
And I also reached my maximum weight, so all my clothes are very tight~~ I think I gained about 3 kilograms during winter.
If I reveal my weight, I am 165 cm tall and weigh 58 kilograms, and I realized the seriousness of it, so I decided to go on a diet.
I was also planning an overseas trip for summer vacation, but I felt so heavy and exhausted.
I promised myself I would wear pretty dresses and swimsuits when I wear a mask... and since I thought I couldn't do it alone, I decided to seek help from the hospital.
I did~~ When I was pregnant with my first child, I gained over 20 kilograms, and no matter how much I breastfed, I couldn't lose the weight.
So, I also successfully lost weight with traditional Korean medicine dieting back then~ That was the weight I hit in my life~
165 cm, 48 kg~^^ How did you manage to lose that much weight then~~ I really took medication and my appetite dropped sharply, so I mostly ate snacks and late-night snacks... even meals
I think I ate about half of it~~ I had successfully done it before, so this time I also received a prescription from the Korean medicine clinic and took it!!
These days, many medications are available in convenient pill form~~ So, I don't even feel the bitterness when I take them, and it's easy to carry around and take anytime~~ Most people say that if their target weight is large, they take it for about three months, but I decided to try just two months first and got a prescription~~ During the two months, I took about 500 milliliters of water with the medication, once in the morning and once in the evening, about an hour before meals~~
I really think traditional Korean medicine dieting suits me well~ When I eat, my appetite really drops~~ Since I have no appetite, I naturally eat less, and I took this opportunity to do aerobic exercises (walking 10,000 steps, climbing stairs) whenever I had time.
I felt like I was going to lose weight, and it fueled my motivation~
I lost about 2 to 3 kilograms in two weeks~ I'll upload the InBody test results from that time~
Seeing my weight loss with my own eyes made me excited.
So I think I worked even harder~!! After 2 to 3 months, I lost 5 kilograms!! By then, people around me also said I looked like I had lost weight~
They said my face looked pale~~ It’s so exciting when someone recognizes you~~!! And you know it’s harder for a normal person to become thin than for someone who has gained a lot of weight, right?? Sometimes, I really struggle to lose the weight~~
It's not a continuous, smooth weight loss, but rather in a stair-step pattern... losing weight, then hitting a plateau for a while, then losing again... it was a cycle of losing and maintaining.
I'm going to Nha Trang for a trip next month~ I'm trying to maintain my lost weight until then.. I got a one-month prescription and am taking it~~
People's greed has no end~ I built it just to keep, but since I ate again, I wish it would shrink a bit more~~
51 kilograms is just the right weight, and it looks good in clothes too!!
I'm thinking of once again gathering my resolve and trying to lose 2 kilograms~~
For those struggling to lose weight on their own, try getting help with traditional Korean medicine diet!!
I'm very satisfied~!!^^
