Diet review! When I do exercise like this, I lose weight amazingly fast.
Today, I am practicing for three months to lose 10kg.
I am going to introduce a successful diet exercise method. I also looked up diet reviews and followed what others did!
It's not a workout method I developed myself, but since I learned it, I think you can just follow along!
At first, it was difficult to keep up with regular exercise.
So, I started by walking briskly for 30 minutes every day.
It was a short 30 minutes, but walking quickly is the key point!
I was able to sweat it out and exercise enough to fill my lungs to the brim.
In a month, I added simple strength exercises to my walking routine.
I repeated 10 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions of movements like squats, lunges, and planks.
At first, it was difficult, but as my muscles grew stronger, I was able to do it more and more easily.
I listened to my favorite music while exercising to prevent boredom.
Listening to music while exercising made time pass quickly and allowed me to enjoy my workout even more.
And when I looked up reviews about dieting, they always told me not to do it alone.
I thought it would be good to have someone to do it with, you know?
So I also brought along someone to help each other out! And now I'm writing a review of my diet, haha.
I always made sure to stretch after exercising.
Stretching helps to loosen muscle tightness, and
It helped prevent muscle soreness the next day.
I consistently did this for three months, and I lost 10kg in three months!!
Of course... I ate a low-carbohydrate diet.
