Chuna therapy effects

It's been 15 years since I was diagnosed with a herniated disc.

I live by exercising and walking whenever I have free time to relieve my pain.

I had such severe disc issues for 15 years that I couldn't even get up, and I was hospitalized.

There were about two times... I also heard people say I should have surgery, but I was exercising.

I've survived by holding on.

I've tried acupuncture and moxibustion at a Korean medicine clinic, and I've also had a few Chuna manual therapy sessions.

Chuna therapy is too expensive, so I feel burdened doing it frequently.

Will consistent chiropractic adjustments help with herniated discs?

I am curious about how much I need to do.

    허리 디스크 시군요.. 오랫동안 얼마나 고생스러우세요.. 디스크는 주변에  많이 들 가지고 있더라구요. 저도 예전에 허리를 삐끗했는지 목도 안돌아 간적이 있어요.. 짧은  시간이였지만 진짜 힘들었어요.. 신랑이 저보고 다리.올려보라고 하더라구요 저는 다리가 올라갔어요..그래서 디스크는 아니라고 하더라구요. 허리를 구부리고 엎드러서 다리 뻗고 스트레칭 몇 번 했더니 감쪽 같이 좋아진 경험이 있네요.허리 디스크에는 평상시에 힘들어도 스트레칭을 자주해주면 좀 좋지 않을까 조심스럽게 올려 봅니다.
