At some point, shoulder tension became a chronic problem. I have received acupuncture several times, and each time it was effective. However, the pain would return after a few days, which was unavoidable. I think the best way to resolve this is through traditional Korean medicine, so I am 고민ing about what kind of treatment I should receive.
Is it better to receive acupuncture treatment long-term or to undergo Chuna therapy?
