The hospital I'm introducing today is Eye Eye Clinic, located on the 5th floor of the Eye Tower at 294-5 Jinwol-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju. It's open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It operates its own website and blog for reservations and consultations, and has parking. They offer a full range of eye care services, including cataracts, glaucoma, DreamLens, pediatric ophthalmology/strabismus, LASIK, and LASEK vision correction, as well as retinal clinics for diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, central retinitis, uveitis, floaters, vitrectomy, and epiretinal membranes. I've been there before, and the facilities are clean. With three ophthalmologists on staff, the service is consistently fast and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend Eye Eye Clinic to anyone living in the Nam-gu area of Gwangju.
