A review of preventing myocardial infarction by changing eating habits and taking nutritional supplements.

  I was working too hard and under extreme stress when I started experiencing subtle pains near my heart, chest tightness, and difficulty breathing. I eventually went to the hospital. After numerous tests, the doctor diagnosed it as a precursor to a heart attack. While there was a genetic component to my condition, the shock of hearing it was devastating. I changed my lifestyle and took supplements to prevent heart attacks, and I'm feeling better now.

I also took omega-3, which helps prevent myocardial infarction. Omega-3 is said to lower blood triglyceride levels, reduce inflammation, and help with cardiovascular disease. I took Doctor Phyto's Plant-Based Alti-G Omega-3, which is a quadruple-functional nutritional supplement made using a supercritical extraction method, and it was helpful. I also frequently ate salmon and walnuts, which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, to reduce vascular inflammation, and I believe these also helped prevent myocardial infarction.

  I also chose to take Nutricore Coenzyme Q10 because I heard it's good for blood pressure management and cardiovascular disease prevention. I plan to continue working to prevent myocardial infarction and maintain my health.
