Are symptoms caused by a sensitive nose due to rhinitis?
My nose often feels very cold or sore, especially when cold wind enters through small openings or when I walk outside without covering my nose and get exposed to cold wind. Because of this heightened sensitivity in my nose, I suspect that it might be more than just a cold, possibly allergic rhinitis.
When it is severe, I expose my face to the cold outside air through my nose and feel the strongest sensation in my nose, followed by a feeling of coldness. These symptoms are likely caused by this, and as a result, I often experience cold symptoms due to the wind entering through my nose.
Suddenly, I have a headache or a cough, but nothing. I have a fever or something.
I am quite sensitive to various such odors.
What could be the reason for these symptoms?
Should I go to the ENT (ear, nose, and throat) clinic?
I just took cold medicine and my cold symptoms have improved.
Because the same method keeps being repeated.
One reason is that I can't take off my mask.
Please tell me how to care for a good nose or how to prevent rhinitis.
