However, once diagnosed with diabetes, it is considered lifelong, so continuous management is necessary.
Since it is said that once you start taking diabetes medication, you have to take it for life, I manage it through diet.
The four things I don't eat are diabetes medication, flour-based foods, sugar, and rice.
