Is physical therapy good at a traditional Korean medicine hospital?

I am a housewife in my mid-40s with two daughters and one dog.

About a month ago, I surprisingly injured my right shoulder.

I fell while hanging on the air purifier line.

I was in so much pain that I went to the hospital and also had a detailed MRI scan of my shoulder, but it didn't help much with the treatment.

Someone introduced me, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic, got injections, and tried physical therapy, but I'm wondering if I should keep going.
