I made cold tuna kimbap (one cooked rice bowl makes two kimbap rolls).
You can really consume very little carbohydrates.
Shred the cabbage and fry two eggs and two slices of bread.
Carrots and eggplants are also julienned.
If you eat them as they are these days, some have a slightly thicker skin.
It can be bitter, but if you cut it like this, only the sweetness comes out, so it's soft and nice.

It's good to serve a thick layer of cabbage and egg strips.
Next time, I think about 3/2 the size of the seaweed, rolled up more generously.
One is plain gimbap, and the other has spicy peppers inside.
A line of pure protein flavor, a hint of spicy umami flavor.
It's nice to have a hearty and light diet.
You can eat two rolls of kimbap with one serving of Hetbahn, so it's a diet meal.
