After the initial health check showed a fasting blood sugar of 110, I consulted with the doctor. At that time, I did not eat bread, ramen, or other noodles at all and followed a diet mainly consisting of multigrain rice and protein-rich foods.
I tried hard to reduce my waist size by walking more than 10,000 steps every day and avoiding overeating, but my waist size doesn't decrease.
After two months, I gradually start to indulge and eat snacks like bread and fried chicken.
How can I manage my diet to lower fasting blood sugar levels?
