Eczema worsens only in summer, not in winter.

I am worried because I frequently get eczema, and I tend to experience more severe flare-ups in the summer rather than winter. Over time, it has become more intense, so I do visit the hospital, but since I get it often, I want to prevent it in advance. I try to take precautions, but it doesn't improve. There are no special effects, so when it recurs, I go back to the hospital, recover, and then it happens again repeatedly.What should I do about this?
