I feel a foreign body sensation after lens insertion surgery.

Hello. I am experiencing a foreign body sensation after lens insertion surgery and am concerned.

It has been about a month since I had lens implantation surgery, and roughly three days ago, I started to see things as blurry as if something is in front of me.
My focus is blurry and I can't see well. Also, every time I blink, I feel a pain as if something is pressing on my eyes from above.
What is the reason for feeling this foreign body sensation?

Should I go back to the ophthalmologist? I usually dislike going to the hospital, so I'm hesitant.
