(Concern) My hearing has worsened compared to before, and I am very worried.

These days, I feel much more exhausted than before, and I think it's due to the weather. Also, I'm worried because my hearing has worsened a bit. I believe it's because I work in a noisy environment. So, I usually don't use earphones for long periods and try to listen to videos at a low volume. However, I'm worried because I feel I can't hear quieter sounds as well as before. I need to be more careful, but my concern is growing.
