I sleep in a bed, but every day when I wake up, I have lower back pain, and I am worried. I'm not sure if the bed is uncomfortable for sleeping or not, but what is certain is that I didn't experience this when I used to sleep on the floor with a blanket before using the bed. The bed is comfortable and relaxing except when I sleep, which is good, but when I lie down, discomfort arises, creating a dilemma and causing me concern. Maybe the bed doesn't suit me. Should I remove the bed and sleep on the floor again like I used to?
