I am curious about ways to relieve turtle neck pain.
I usually spend more than 8 hours on the computer due to my work environment.
As a result, my turtle neck symptoms have worsened, and I am in a lot of pain.
When visiting the orthopedic department, they recommend non-covered injection treatments.
I do not want to undergo injection treatment, so I prefer medication and stretching.
