Introducing my personal headache relief method using the JeSpa On-Heat Massage Device. You might be surprised and wonder if I am talking about an eye heat massager when I mention a headache.
Since about seven years ago, whenever I had a headache, massaging around my eyes or applying a warm towel helped, and surprisingly, the headache would subside.
After purchasing the JeSpa hot massage device, I find that about three sessions of massage help eliminate headaches when they occur.
