I walk about 15,000 steps and climb 25 floors of stairs almost every day, nearly 365 days a year.
Perhaps because of that, my knees have started to hurt a little these days. Applying coin patches and getting leg massages help, and then it gets better. But if it hurts again, I repeat the process.
I'm unsure whether I should reduce my exercise intake or go to the hospital for treatment.
