I had soft tofu and egg soup for lunch!
It's a soup, but no water is added haha
The ingredients are so simple that I think I make it often haha
I made soft, tender green tofu and egg soup, then served omelette rice to the kids yesterday. I also reheated leftover fried rice and packed it for lunch!
Handling leftovers and consuming protein, it's a win-win situation haha
I think I ate way too much~ I'm so full, haha.
