Recently, I have a headache while doing the jumping diet.

Since I am in my mid-50s, I can no longer handle the sudden weight gain.

I started walking 10,000 steps a day, but I didn't lose any weight.

Occasionally, I experience a deep stabbing pain in the left side of my head when I jump.

Or maybe it will get better after a little while.
