This week's health goal is diet management.
I lost 6 kilograms last year and maintained it well for over a year, but I snacked while communicating, so I gained 2 kilograms.
I filled my stomach with lettuce wraps at every meal and reduced snacking, so I lost a little weight.
I also practice walking from 6,000 steps to 10,000 steps.
