Maybe because I’ve been drinking a lot of coffee lately, I’ve been experiencing eye twitching.
It feels a bit severe. Especially on the left side, but fortunately, other parts of the face are not stiff.
It’s been quite quiet, but maybe it’s because I’ve been looking at my phone a lot these days? I’m trying to take magnesium, so I’ve been eating nuts, bananas, and tomatoes. Could you recommend what kind of magnesium supplements you guys take?^^
