Can one's constitution change over the course of life?
Until last year, my hands and feet were relatively cold.
I used to feel a lot of coldness in my hands and feet without sweating, but since this year, I have been experiencing sweating like cold sweat on my hands and feet, and both feel damp.
I'm wondering if my constitution suddenly changed or if my health has worsened, causing increased sweating in my hands and feet.
Maybe because my hands and feet are sweaty and damp
When I walk around the house, it feels like I've become a human tumbleweed, and dust sticks to the soles of my feet~
I'm concerned because young children's hands and feet seem to have moisture.
