[Concern] I frequently have nosebleeds. What should I do?

I often have nosebleeds. I'm worried about what to do in such cases.
Sometimes I bleed from my nose while washing my face, and I also bleed from my nose while lying down.
Should I go to the ENT clinic when I have a nosebleed?
It's not because of any particular abnormality, but I've been consistently eating lotus root powder, and it's different.
Is there a way? I'm curious about how to prevent a nosebleed.
Does anyone know? It's a really difficult problem...
Please tell me the method. If you do this, nosebleeds won't happen. I like responses like this.
