Health concern) Is loss of smell after COVID-19 related to ENT (ear, nose, and throat) issues?

I was severely ill during COVID and couldn't smell or taste anything at all.ㅠㅠ
Since then, my sense of smell and taste haven't been able to function 100%, I think. ㅜㅜ No matter what I eat, I don't feel that it's as delicious as it used to be.
I feel like eating has become less enjoyable than before ㅜㅜ
In this case, should I go to the ENT (ear, nose, and throat) department?
It's hard to even decide which hospital to go to;;
